
Coyam 2013. Violet red in color. This is an elegant and complex perfumed wine with fruity notes of cherries, plums, blueberries and blackberries, along with refreshing notes of mint and a hint of black pepper and leather. The palate is also very fruity with fresh acidity and good concentration.
A blend of 48% Shyrah, 24% Carmenere, 11% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Malbec and 1% Petit Verdict. Ageing 13 months in 85% French oak and 15% American oak.
