Produced from organic farming the scenic hills of the City of San Gimignano with 100% Vernaccia di San Gimignano grapes.
Full straw yellow colour with floral and ripe fruit sensations, apple and dried fruit, sweet almonds with a touch of vanilla. Good and balanced structure, smooth, warm, persistent, harmonic with a pleasurable sweet toasted almond aftertaste.
Excellent with fish starters, shellfish, baked fish, seasoned white meat, delicate red meat and semi-matured cheese.
