This is a very intense aromatic wine on the nose, with aromas of fresh mature red fruits, vibrant licorice and balsamic herbs with floral hints. In the mouth this is an easy drinking fresh wine, medium bodied, fruity, excellent acidity, wrapped in spicy notes from the aging in oak. This can accompany dishes of white meat or snacks with creamy cheese and sausage.
