Located between Bordeaux and Saint Emilion, in the heart of Entre-Deux-Mers, Camarsac fortress, erected on a hill and surrounded by its vineyard, is one of the most amazing sights and the most enchanting of Bordeaux.
France, Bordeaux
Merlot 65%, Cabernet Sauvignon 35%
Ruby red colour
Red fruits, spices and toasted notes. Dry, medium-bodied and woody red with refreshing acidity. It showcases firm tannins and a broad mouthfeel that leads into a medium finish.
This cuvée arises from a selection of old vines (around 25 years) that give structure, complexity and roundness to the wine.
The various plots are vinified separately and after blending, Château de Camarsac is aged in oak barrels for 6 to 9 months.
