Misión blanco is a wine that embodies the spirit of Baja California. Brigth yellow with some golden hints. Some apricot, peach and some citric. Ligth wine with mid persistence, silky with some acidity and bitter sense at end.
Ensenada is a large municipality of Baja California, Mexico. Almost 90% of Mexican wine production occurs here. Ensenada’s wine region production centers mostly around the Valle de Guadalupe, immediately to the north-west of Ensenada city. The San Antonio de las Minas, Calafia, Santo Tomas and San Vicente valleys all fall within the Ensenada municipal area.
