Hey guys!! let’s taste a really interesting Chardonnay from Mexico
In 1893, the hacienda was bought by Evaristo Madero, patriarch of the Madero family and grandfather of Francisco I Madero, who would later start the Mexican Revolution of 1910 and eventually become president of Mexico.
With over 400 years of winemaking tradition, Casa Madero manages to balance experience and innovation, passionately dedicated to producing the best Mexican wines. Casa Madero is the most awarded winery in Mexico.
A well-structured Chardonnay with aromas of pineapple and tropical fruits. Citrus and tropical fruits abound on the palate, and fairly weighty for an unoaked style. Fresh, dry, excellent for fish taco, fruit salad and fresh and soft cheese.
