Their crus are reputed for their true reflection of the terroirs they are born from. Halfway between a rosé and a red, this Claret-type wine is all about easy-drinking fruit.

Direct pressing of the berry. This juice is blended with other juice from Cuvee to seed and to fill the tank. Alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation with natural yeast and natural bacteria.
